Community Outreach
Community Outreach and Education
The community outreach program identifies community needs, develops health promotion and
educational resources, and works to help improve health literacy and education in traditionally underserved communities.
We work to expand our community partnerships and networks, build on existing outreach and education services.
There is no cost to survivors or caregivers to participate in the community programs, but pre-registration is required for each program or event. Your donation will assist with all operational expenses for the year. All partnerships in cash, in-kind or both are welcomed. Any amount is truly appreciated.
